Withdrawal of funds is carried out by bank transfer to the Client’s currency bank account or to the Client’s bank card account. Funds can be transferred to a client’s account opened in the same jurisdiction where the client’s card was issued with which the margin security was paid.

To issue a withdrawal order, you must go to the «Withdraw funds» section of your Client Area and fill out all the necessary fields. After clicking on the «Withdraw funds» button, the withdrawal request will be processed by FTM Brokers and the funds will be credited to the client within 1–5 business days. If the standard terms for withdrawal of funds have already passed, but the funds have not been received, please contact customer support by e-mail [email protected] with a description of the nature of the issue in free form, indicating the account number from which the application for withdrawal was made.

FTM Brokers does not limit Clients in the frequency and amount of withdrawals from their account. The amount of withdrawn funds should not exceed the amount of the balance of available funds on the account.

Transfer within RB to accounts

  1. in Alfa-Bank CJSC the commission is 0%,
  2. in other banks of the Republic of Belarus, the commission of the servicing bank is 0.1% (min. 1.5 USD and max. 6 USD) + bank commission – under the tariffs of the receiving bank.
  3. International transfer: service bank commission – 0.15% of the amount (min. 25 USD and max. 150 USD) + bank commission – under the tariffs of the recipient bank + commission of the correspondent bank (if available) – under the tariffs of the correspondent bank.

If funds are credited to a bank account in a foreign currency other than the currency of the account, banks will convert the funds received into the account currency at their rate at the date of receipt of the funds.

To confirm your Bank details, you need to fill in the MY BANK DETAILS field correctly in the PROFILE section of your Client Area. To confirm that the specified account details belong to you, in the same form you must download the page of the Agreement with the bank for opening an account in US dollars, where the indicated details and the name of the account holder are visible. If you need to upload additional pages (a Contract on several pages), use the image upload form located at the bottom of the PROFILE section
