Changes in the legal document of the company

On April 5, 2021, amendments to the «Agreement on making operations with non-deliverable OTC financial instruments» will come into force.
The procedure of verification of the client and updating information about him is described more detailed in the new version of the document. Clauses 8.2.2, 8.3.11, 11.12 were amended, and clauses 8.3.12, 8.3.13, 8.3.14 и 11.6.1 were added.

We remind you that according to clause 11.3 of the Agreement amendments and additions are equally applicable to all Clients of the Forex company, including those who entered into the Agreement earlier than the effective date of the changes.
